Default force carbing question

So my problem is that the screw on my regulator that controls my paid got cross threaded and I can't go past 20 psi. My question is that how long will it take to force Carb at 20 psi??

20 is what i always force carb at. 4-7 days for carbing and settling. will be bubbly after 3 days but give it a few mor for carbonic acid to settle out.

You leave at 20 for 4-7 days or do you back it off after 3 and let it settle at serving psi??
