force carbing 3 gallons of beer

Is there anything wrong with force carbing a 3 gallon batch in a 5 gallon corny? Other then a little wasted Co2?

Only problem I see is it probably wont last as long. (3 vs 5 hah)

Be sure to purge it longer than normal to make sure the O2 is out.
