Default First time kegging question

About to keg for the first time tonight. At what pressure should I set it to for an IPA and for how long? Any guidance appreciated!

determine the volumes of CO2 you want (based on style and preference) and the temperature you'll hold the keg at during carbonation. Then a chart like this tells you what pressure to set it at. The general consensus seems to be about 2 weeks to carbonate.
