Default Finnings

Hi all

I am on day 4 of fermenting, and its bubbling once every 20 seconds. My question is when do i put the finings in? do i put them in the fermentig bin then transfer over to the barrel, or put the finings in the barrel when i put the lager in?

Also it says on my packet that thet are beer finings, will this be ok for lager?

Many Thanks

I think you can add them just about any time, Chris. Do you know what type of finings you're using? Isinglass, gelatine, or polyclar?
