Default Enough carbonation?

I came home from school today and wanted a beer, I quickly realized that I had none cold. I decided to quick chill a bottle with ice and salt. It works well, except for one aspect. Too much head (which I will never complain about ever ) lol

This is a yuengling clone that didn't turn out so hot. Its not a bad taste but it was my first work with steeping grains and the fermentation temps were high due to lack of knowledge about it.
