ok I cleared up. After jostling the keg around to pull the dry hop, i let it settle for an hour and pulled 2 more pulls off the tap. The 5th pull was what I was looking for and scared I would not see.

Sounds like you may have stirred up the carboy before siphoning or not waited long enough before transfer.
