I have a mini fridge just sitting around, is there any mini keg system that would utilize such a fridge? swmbo and I have been looking at a house so we have been living in a town house and I don't want to carry a full size fridge into the basement just to move it later. Any info would be much appreciated, I do love draft beer!

Just how "mini" is it? A 5-gallon corny Keg will require a 26 in height clearance and is 8 1/2 inches in diameter.

3 gallon cornies exist, there are also party pigs and mini-kegs (5 liter) systems. You would have to measure carefully.

I guess my question is can I keep this is a mini fridge in the basement and run a line up to the kitchen for a tap. I'd use a co2 tank of course instead of the mini co2.
