Default Does my keezer need to "breathe"?

Building a bar with the keezer under the countertop. It will not have wood attached to it just all around it like a box. Is the keezer need to have a little fresh air, will it get hot when it runs? sorry about the crude drawing.

Long answer... posting the same question repeatedly to many threads is more likely to get you bad answers.
