Default Dispensing question...

After force carbing at ~13 psi, I now serve at a much lower pressure. Should I keep the regulator at serving pressure or will I lose carbonation?

Your beer will loose carbonation as you dispense. Many of us use 10 foot of 3/16" beer line to create resistance in the line. This allows you to keep the keg at the pressure you want and still be able to pour beer that isn't a glass of foam. A short term solution would be to serve at the lower psi and than return to the higher pressure when your not drinking it.
