Anyone who used this fridge for a conversion have any problems with it ?
Mine is only 9 months old and now won't cool at all.
The digital display works and show the inside temp as 72 degrees. ( I like my beer cooler than that )
The compressor doesn't seem to be even trying to come on.
I did a little googleing for this problem and there are others that report the same issue.
Those folks are probably just using it as a fridge, but the problem is the same.
The local service folks won't warranty it even though there is still about 15 months on it because I cut the hole in the top for the beer lines.
I pointed out that the hole goes no where near the electronics or cooling parts but they any modifications void the warranty.
I won't be replacing it with anything else by Danby.
