You should be good with a normal tap. The cara-pils and malto-dexrin(sp) should give you enough "creaminess" with out a creamer tap.

Traditional N.AM. cream ale does not depend on a sparkler tap to dispense properly. You might prefer it that way, but it's not a mandaotory part of the style.
