Default Counter pressure filling bottles

Hey all.

Anyone know how much I should over carbonate my kegs before counter pressure filling bottles for competition to keep the proper amount of carbonation?

I tend to go a couple PSI over normal serving. So, if I'm serving at 12 psi, I will bump up to 14-15 psi about a week before.
