can you get ball fittings in 3/8 and 5/16 line sizes

i would like to hook a corny to an existing bar tap system

the gas is a 5/16 and the out flow is 3/8

(both are inner diameters)

any help???

also for line cleaning is there a ball fitting for line cleaners

(we use a comercial line cleaner to clean our lines)
