Default Corney keg alternatives?

I have a small fridge that I was planning to put a corney or 2 in. After measuring the height of the fridge i realized that it is too small. What other keg type containers are there for a 5 gallon batch brewer? Where can i find them?

Yeah i've seen them, but i'm looking for a more durable item like a short stout 2.5 - 3.5 gallon keg with ball lock valves or pin lock.

There are 2.5 gallon (and maybe other sizes) of ball lock corny style kegs available. Check with your HBS or online. I have been thinking of getting a couple for 1/2 batches or special brews like barley wine.

I dont understand why you cant buy a Growler or some such device and just tap your beer of from the keg and then refrigerate it in advance.
