I am kinda new to kegging, so pardon the dumb question... I am using corn sugar to carbonate my beer in the keg to make my co2 tank last longer as refills are a PITA to refill for me. I have the beer in the keg with the corn sugar now and put 5 lbs. of pressure in it to seal it up good. I have a pressure gauge on the air side to monitor internal pressure, but got me to thinking I do not know how much is too much.
Anyone know, or can point me to a reference?
