Default coors light fridge kegs

Has anyone reused the coors light fridge kegs? I have never kegged my beer but my uncle gave me one of these kegs. It has a replaceable c02 cartridge. I have zero knowledge about keg beer. I'm not sure if it will work or how to go about it if it will. So I have come to all of you with my questions as I have in the past.

Yep. Here you go (thread with videos, links to other threads about it):

When I used them they worked fine. The CO2 cartridges I got tended to leak (shoot a cloud of CO2 out) when I screwed them in. I started to just wrap a short piece of teflon tape around the neck of the cartridge and that seemed to stop it.
