Combining sugars for bottling.
I am using http://www.brewheads.com/priming.php for calculating how much sugars i need for bottling, however i was wondering if anybody has combined 2 sugar sources, say maple sugar and agave, or honey and maple sugar? i am thinking on using half of the recommended portion of each primer.
It should work fine. Syrups and honey are a guess on the water content anyway so you will be using an average at best anyway.
