CO2 tank exchange?

I Exchanged my 20#co2 tank today and when I got home I looked at the tank and guess what sticker is on it? It has a NOS sticker, what the heck!!! The place was closed by the time I got home so I will have to stop there on the way home from work tomorrow, this place is like 30 miles from my home, that is the closest place to get tanks exchanged. I guess I will have to look at the sticker on the tank before I leave the store.
