Default CO2 Regulator barb

I recently bought a CO2 regulator with a 3/8 barb on the outlet. But, when I connect a 3/8 line to the inlet of the keg, 1/4 barb, I have a leak no matter how tight I make the hose clamp.

Does anyone know of what to do in this situation?

I was thinking about buying another barb somewhere but I couldn't unscrew it from the regulator.

Thanks in advance!

Huh? I just mash my 1/4" line onto the 3/8" barb.
