Default CO2 Bottle on top of kegerator?

I finally got around to moving my CO2 bottle outside of my kegerator. I pretty much have to, to fit six kegs.

Does anybody have their bottle on top of the fridge? I'm thinking of putting it up there to protect the gauges.

I would be fine, make sure it is secured though!

I however have a keezer, so my co2 tanks sits beside.

Make certain it is secure & bear in mind, it has to be vertical. You might look into a fire extinguisher holder and mount it on the side high enough to be safe.

THAT, is an extremely good idea!

Now, I'm kicking myself for not thinking of it.

Thanks!
