Challenger VI dip tube O rings
Picked up a challenger VI last night from a local bar owner. Planning on reconditioning all o-rings but I noticed that the o-rings on the dip tubes do not look like the standard doughnut shaped ones that come in replacement packs. The o-rings on my dip tubes (will post pics tomorrow) are flat on the sides and have a cupped underside that fits perfectly on top of and over the bare post. Has anyone seen this before? I can't find any replacements online that look like this. Thanks in advance for any help.

You sure the o-rings aren't just deformed normal ones? They look like what you're describing if they've been left in place long enough.

Possibly. The tubes were really difficult to remove like the rings were glued to the posts.. But the o rings just look like they were manufactured that way.

I'm betting they started out looking like standard donut shaped o-rings.

Sounds like the quad seal o-rings.

They use a weird flat o ring. It's not a donut like others. Either reuse it or stack a couple o rings to get it to fit. This has the plastic inserts in the posts too right?
