What is the traditional carbonation level of an Irish Red Ale? I'm thinking 1.5-2.0 volumes?
According this chart, Ales typically run in the 2.2-2.6 range. I shoot for the middle of the road at around 2.4 for most of my brews and it turns out nicely.http://www.kegerators.com/carbonation-table.php
