Default carbonation

kegged my first beer i have the co2 at 15 psi for 2 days does not seem carbonated and absolutly no head what do i do just wait longer or cranked it up some psi

That is not long enough at that PSI to show carbonation.. As Yoop said, another week at least.. I usually crank my PSI up to 40 for 24-48 hours, at 48 Degrees F and that does the trick...

The beer will definitely be carbonated at 15psi and 40*. It should take about two weeks. You can use the table to help see how much it will be carbonated.
