Default carbonating bottled soda

Guys, this may not be the place for this question.....(move me to the correct forum if so).

Soda, such as root beer, is easy to carbonate in a keg with CO2, easy to carbonate in a bottle with yeast....

If a brewer was going to produce rootbeer, and bottle it without using yeast as a carbonator, how ya gonna get the little bitty bubbles into it?

Keg it, force it and bottle very, very cold.
