Default carbonate in fridge, then rotate out?

What are the thoughts on carbonating in my keg fridge, but then rotating that carbed beer out of the fridge so that I can carb another keg in it's place.

Will moving the cooled carbed beer to room temperature cause any issues down the road when I recool and pour?

It'll probably be better if you T off an air line and run it outside the kegerator for carbonating...

Yep. I use a stainless 4 way cross which lets me hook up 3 kegs in the fridge.
