Carbing a keg of pale with B.S. numbers and the low and slow method
One week on and i thought I would check on it
hooked up the picnic tap and the beer shot out as if it were a 4 inch fire hose
My regulator must be waaaaaaay off
Is there any way to remove the carbonation in solution or is it domed to be beer soda

Just take it off the gas and vent off the pressure multiple times each day until it stops foaming. Wait between venting to allow the beer to equalize each time.
When I first discovered the problem I did releve the pressure
and checked again the next day and there was no pressure so I dont think it is that easy
the beer is still all foam

if you let it warm up, the CO2 will come out of the liquid faster.
there is nothing about carbonating a keg that cant be fixed.. eventually.
if its a full keg with minimal head space, you will need to relieve the pressure much more often, as it wont take as much volume of gas to fill the headspace back up to equal pressure.
