I just transfered my beer from carboy to keg. It still needs to be conditioned. Should I go ahead and put the gas on it and carbonate it, or is it fine to just sit in the fridge for a few weeks without being carbed?
It's fine either way, but putting it into the fridge will slow the conditioning process.

ok. its been in there for 4 days, should i take it out and let sit at room temp or just keep it in.
