Default c02 vs priming.

I have read how you can get carboniation into your kegged beer via co2 as opposed to priming. But is there anything wrong with using bottling sugar to achieve carbonation as opposed to co2? Anything lost by not priming and using co2?

I'm ready to keg my beer and don't need to actually drink it till superbowl so i'm in no rush.

CO2 is CO2... IMHO there is little difference if the yeast create it or you pay for it. You have to let it age either way though.

Slightly higher ABV with priming. That and the fermented priming material may make a slight and probably imperceptible difference in your finished beer. For better or worse.
