Default bottling SOME of a batch...

I keg now but am bottling a good portion of a Stone RIPA for Christmas. I haven't decided how much but I will obviously be adding priming sugar to the entire batch. Will it be an issue if I keg the last couple of gallons, or should I just bottle it all?

Shouldn't be an issue. It will self condition in the keg.

So don't carb it, so to speak? Just evacuate then pressurize enough for the lid to stick?
