I know stupid question but...do I just bottle at the low temp or do I let it warm up? Thanks!
When I bottle my lagers, I age them at my basement temp, around 60 or so. Before I package/bottle, I lager it for at least 3 months (depending upon strength) at about 30 degrees. For packaging/bottling, let the beer warm up to room temp.
I'm not sure what you're asking- if you bottle from the cold temperature (lagering) that's fine. No need to warm up.
