Default Bottling after kegging

So I have an issue with my co2 causing leaking which I'm investigating. Is it do-able to bottle the remaining? If so would I need to recarbonate?

Read this thread.
we no need no stinking beer gun
I made a bottle filler using the info in this thread and have been filling a sixer or two off my kegs with great results.

This Thinga Ma Jiggy worked pretty good for me! I filled a Tap A Draft bottle for my fiend who just received this system from me for Christmas and I also filled a bottle for him this way and it worked great! I had problems with the crimped clamps from my LHBS and replaced them all with fuel injection hose clamps and that solved my problem. Another thing is to use Keg lube on all rubber gaskets on keg.
