Im wondering if there is a proper techniques/methods to follow, post bottling, a lager (i.e. wait until its carbed and place back into lagering temps or keep it at a specific temp until carbed). Is it any different then an ale?
Yeah id say keep it cold. 39-46 degrees for a lager I believe. Nothing wrong with keeping at room temp, but that is the serving temp.
