So we just finished our third and final Partial Grain batch of beer (finally ready to move on to AG ). It was a Brown Ale with molasses, beet sugar, and maple syrup out of Sam Caligones Extreme Brewing book.
Our OG was 1.078 and our TG was 1.005
So my question is what should be our minimum bottle conditioning time before we open up the first one for a sample? Don't want to waste any beer due to premature opening.
