Default big bubble in the beer line...

So.. I've been ignoring this problem for quite a while, because no matter what I do.. the bubble always comes back. If you were to open up my kegerator right now, you would see an air bubble that extends from the barb on the keg adapter up the hose for about 2 or 3 inches.. Because of this bubble, the first half-a-beer tapped, comes out foamy as hell.. Every beer after that comes out perfectly. However, if you let it sit and go unused for 2 hours or so, that bubble will come back! It never gets any bigger than that.. Just a 2 or 3 inch bubble.. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Details:

I was lazy for a long time and just recently made another batch of beer. And, you can't just let a kegarator sit empty so it currently has one of my favorites, Goose Island 312 in it.
