Default Bad O Rings or Lid?

I got a keg off a fellow homebrewer (he had never used it) and I went to pressurize it with star san today, and it seems to be leaking around the lid. When i click the lid over, it doesn't seem to fit tightly. Do I need a new lid, or just a new O-Ring. The current one looks pretty good and solid. No pieces missing and its still pliable.

Thanks in advance, and Cheers!

If you haven't, I'd replace all the o-rings because you won't know how old they are. A full kit of those is cheaper than a lid, and you'd want to replace those regardless.
