I saw this on eBay. Anyone know what it is besides my new tap handle?

Top of a can would be my first guess. Umbrella handle would be second.

It's steel and has a 3/8-16 threaded hole at the bottom.

As a Brewer and a Hunter.....I happen to know that, its a decoy for the elusive IPA duck... they only come in when something good is on tap. But they are not as popular to hunt anymore because in order to use the decoy porperly it must be attached to a kegerator....and as everyone know Kegerators only float for a short time
