So here are only a few photos but.... I haven't yet been able to get back into brewing but wanted to have some great brews on tap. I bought a Danby 4.4cuft "Spotless" finish mini-fridge and have it sunk and elevated into my wall:
I still have to re-paint the trim and do a few things there, but. I then proceeded to pass the gas line through the compressor hump and into the cavity below the fridge, as my tank is located in a room behind the fridge location. I also wanted to try and maintain the liner on the door as it is glued on. Inside is a 1/6th barrel keg to the left side. It does fit without taking off the liner.
You can see that I actually have the shank through the door instead out of the top... I also am able to still store beer on the door which is nice since I do have an small collection of 120min IPA.
Here is the front:
As you can see I did not center the tap, and for all you symmetry nuts, don't go nuts... but I wanted to do something that was clean and represented the functionality of this kegerator...
I would highly recommend purchasing this min-fridge as it gets quite cold, and is very quiet and energy efficient.
