My batch of lager has finished fermenting, i had checked this by hydrometer reading and there was no bubbles coming out of airlock. I have added finings to my fermenting bin, for which i plan to leave stand now for a week before bottling.
When i added my finings, it all froathed up and when i put the lid back on the air lock is bubbling away fast. Is this normal? or have i ruined it?
