Default 3 weeks primary, 5 weeks secondary, do I need to add yeast?

I'm not sure if the yeast will be active enough to carbonate in the bottle. It is a big beer, 7.5% which is why I let it sit so long but wasn't sure if I needed to add yeast in order for it to carbonate in the bottle. Of course I don't have any yeast and would like to bottle today.

As always, thanks for the help.

No worries. It is impossible to remove all of the yeast from homebrew. Unless you add something like campden tablets to kill the yeast, you'll be fine.
