Default 20 oz Co2 cartrige

Hey folks, just saw a 20oz co2 cyl (refilable) for paintball, at walmart today, would this work for driving a single corney?

It will work--with some proper adapters. There have been a few threads on this topic, after a little searching I found one that might be most relevant.
