Default 1.5 liter swing top bottle question

Hi, do my best to avoid newbie questions by searching, but didn't find any info.
I bottled a batch of stout and used a 1.5 liter swing top for one I want to age.
I assume it's safe, but after a couple days thought it was worth asking rather than end up with a large bottle bomb.
This is the bottle I used.
leave it alone or run for shelter ??
thanx

as long as you didn't overprime by a lot, that bottle will be fine

That looks to be a beer bottle which means it should be no problem unless as mentioned you screwed up and over primed. The flip-top beer bottles are usually better made than the disposable pop top bottles. In many locations it was expected that the bottles would be reused, hence the reason for better built bottles.

Swing tops won't explode, they just leak if the pressure gets too high. I had some freeze this winter and not one of them broke.
