Default Yeast Nutrient

Making Apfelwein with Cotes and concentrate. I see a post that says to add 1/2 tsp per gallon, 1 that says 1 tsp per gallon and 1 that says 1/2 tsp per 5 gallon. I have never made wine, and a buddy gave me a small bag of yeast nutrient (no directions). How much???
