what temp is best for fermenting Apfelwein ?
just did my first batch
and was unsure of this minor detail. Thanks for any and all advice.

Most wine yeast have a very large temperature range. So, "room temperature" is fine. Some strains, like Montrachet, have a temperature range of 59-86 degrees.
