I put the yeast in my cider last Tuesday night. The next morning I saw the beginning of fermentation, little bubbles and what not. It's def fermenting. It's Saturday now and still just bubbles. The cider is def fermenting though. I guess I have 2 questions.
Does cider usually have krausen?
How long does cider take to ferment out?
1 gallon of cider
1/2 pack of lavin-47
1/2 teaspoon yeast nutrients and yeast energizer
