Only four days of being bottled i had to try one out. Lightly carbonated, apple/strawberry flavor. Very refreshing and they warm up your belly. Dont know the ABV but i would guess in the 7% range maybe even higher. Going to let these mature.

So, are you just showing off, or will you let us know the process and ingredients? I like the color, and the pic in the second post almost looks like apple-skin pattern, although I know it's just the way the glass is reflecting the light.

Looks good! How did you add the strawberry flavour?

I added 2 lbs to my secondary, all chopped up.

So simple man. I used 3 gallons of any apple juice (this was tree top) from Walmart. I added 2 lbs brown sugar and notingham yeast. Let sit for a couple weeks, transferred to my secondary where i added my 2 lbs of strawberries, waited a couple more weeks and then added 3 cans of apple juice concentrate to sweeten it up (back sweeten) then bottled it. My thing is that adding the concentrate makes it a sparkling cider so if you don't place the bottles into a refrigerator after you teach your desired carbonation likeness (mine was four days at a temp of about 70*F) you can have a potential bottle bomb. I have a dedicated fridge so i don't worry about this scenario.
