Default starter reference

as a thought about brewing my own cider, i stumbled upon this gold mine forum....

the advice here seems second to none, but i dont even know the basics....

any links on what to buy, use ect would be great.........

i dont want to buy loads of stuf that ill never use........

i have had a good look through the forum for something similar, and appoligise if it has been awnsered else where.....
