While writing another post tonight I had the crazy idea of heating up some Graff in the microwave. One minute and twenty seconds in a coffee cup got it to the perfect temperature. I have found my new night cap. I added a little honey and a slice of lemon after I took it out of the microwave. Some mulling spices would work too. Try it!
Sounds good, but I think I'll wait for the Fall. Hot cider when it's over 100F doesn't appeal.
