My cider is still very green, I took a gravity reading last night @ the two week mark.

This is my 1st cider, but it seems odd that I had consistent fermentation going for about 10days, nothing overly vigorous. Basement temp @ 68. S04. Fresh pressed cider.

My hydro sample has a thick sulfur "rhino farts" nose to it. Taste is fine, seems green. But it's got that smell. I'm really crossing my fingers that it'll go away.
