Running a second and third batch simultaneously. Going to see how well things work out with an ale yeast this time.

My second batch wasn't bad... I'm not thrilled with the results, but I need to figure out what went wrong. In theory the second batch should been a reproduction of my first batch, but in a 5 gallonish quantity (gotta have QC through out the process ). To top off everything my hydrometer cracked. Not sure how but it cracked.

Looking forward to the one gallon brewing with ale yeast.
