Red Star Premier Cuvée Yeast for Apfelwein

Has anyone tried the Red Star Premier Cuvée Yeast for Apfelwein? Or anything else for that matter? Here's Red Star's official site for it:

Cuvee rules for cider, I'm surprised more people aren't using it actually. Been making cider awhile with only cuvee, until I found EdWort's Apfelwein recipe. Now have 2 batches going, one motrachet, one cuvee.

It really retains that apple flavor well (cuvee) and ferments clean but not berserk like montrachet.

Thanks guys, I just got 10 yeast packets on ebay (5 montrachet & 5 cuvée) and I wanted to try some experiments with apfelwein. My first one should be bottled in about 6 weeks (2 month primary) and I'll be able to sample it in 8 weeks. I'm Pumped!
